This page covers use of the website at messagingaccess.com. It does not cover agency services — those are governed by the written agreement signed for each engagement, which takes precedence over anything here.

Platform names and trademarks
Bird, Braze, Campaigner, Constant Contact, iPost, Klaviyo, Mailgun, Mapp Digital, BlueHornet and Twilio are trademarks of their respective owners. Platform names are used to describe the environments Messaging Access works in and does not imply those companies endorse this site.
Enquiries do not create an engagement
Sending a message, and any conversation that follows, creates no contractual relationship or obligation on either side. An engagement begins only when a written agreement is signed by both parties.
Accuracy and availability
We keep this site accurate as far as is reasonable, but make no warranty that it is free of errors or continuously available, and may change or remove any part without notice.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which Messaging Access is established, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
