We work where your programme already lives.
We are partners with the platforms below, which in practice means we hold accounts, know their quirks, and can build and deploy inside them without a learning curve billed to you.
Partner platforms we build and deploy on
Partner platforms
| Platform | Channels | What we do in it |
|---|---|---|
| Bird | SMS, WhatsApp, email, omnichannel flows | CPaaS work: routing, templates and flow logic, plus the API side when messaging has to fire from your own systems. |
| Braze | Push, in-app, email, SMS, cross-channel journeys | Canvas and journey build, cross-channel orchestration so one person is not hit on four channels at once, content blocks and catalogues, and migrations into it from a legacy ESP. |
| Campaigner | Email and SMS | Automation workflows, A/B and multivariate testing, and combined email plus SMS sequences that do not double-message the same person. |
| Constant Contact | Email, event and list marketing | Agency-level account management, template and automation build, list and segment hygiene, and acceptable-use review before a campaign ships. |
| iPost | Enterprise email | Data-driven sends: dynamic content, audience logic built on your own fields, and reporting wired to the metrics the business actually tracks. |
| Klaviyo | Email, SMS, ecommerce lifecycle | Flows and segments built on store and behavioural data, template and block systems, sending reputation setup, and revenue attribution that reconciles against the storefront. |
| Mailgun | Transactional email, SMTP and API | Transactional sending infrastructure: domain authentication, routing rules, suppression and webhook handling, and keeping transactional reputation separate from marketing. |
| Mapp Digital | Cross-channel, formerly BlueHornet | Programme build and migration, cross-channel orchestration, and recovery work on accounts inherited mid-flight. |
| Twilio | SMS, voice, WhatsApp, programmable messaging | Programmable messaging built against the API, short-code and 10DLC registration, and delivery monitoring on the carrier side. |
Bird, Braze, Campaigner, Constant Contact, iPost, Klaviyo, Mailgun, Mapp Digital, BlueHornet and Twilio are trademarks of their respective owners. Platform names are used to describe the environments Messaging Access works in and does not imply those companies endorse this site.
Not on this list?
The platform is rarely the hard part. Programme logic, audience structure, deliverability and creative all transfer, and most enterprise ESPs differ more in vocabulary than in capability. Tell us what you are on and we will say plainly whether we can work in it or whether you would be better served elsewhere.
Migrating between platforms
Templates, automations, suppression lists and consent records all move differently, and some do not move at all. We scope what survives before anything is switched off, and keep the old platform sendable until the new one is proven.
Running more than one
Plenty of programmes sit across two platforms — one for marketing, one for transactional or SMS. The risk is duplicate sends and a split view of the customer. That is a data and orchestration problem, and it is solvable.
Tell us what you send on.
Platform, volume, channels and what is going wrong. That is enough for a useful first call.
