Who is responsible
Messaging Access operates this website and is responsible for the personal data described below. For any question about this notice, or to exercise any right in it, write to contact@messagingaccess.com.
What this site collects
This is a static website. It uses no advertising trackers, no cross-site pixels and no behavioural profiling, and it does not sell or share personal data with third parties for their own purposes.
- Server logs. Our web server records IP address, request time, requested URL, referring page and browser user agent. This is ordinary operational logging, used to keep the site available and to investigate faults and abuse. Logs are retained briefly and then deleted.
- Enquiries you send. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive what you put in the message — typically name, email address, company, the platform you send on and a description of your problem. We use it to reply, and to run the engagement if one follows.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics platform. Web fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google's servers carrying your IP address, subject to Google's own privacy terms. Nothing else on this site loads from a third party.
Client programme data
This notice covers this website only. Where we process personal data inside a client's messaging platform, we do so as a processor on that client's instructions, under the agreement signed for that engagement. Subscribers on a client's list should direct requests to that company, whose notice governs.
Why we may hold it
Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure and available website. Enquiries are processed on the basis of your request to be contacted and, where a relationship follows, performance of our agreement with you.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our processing. Write to contact@messagingaccess.com and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this notice changes materially we will update the date above. Older versions are available on request.
